- Defective heater unit, heater inside is over heating due to being defective and is not blowing out hot heat no more that 2 and half hours a day. It doesn't come on during the day time or at night. Landlord isn't providing adequate heat and refuses to fix it. The buttons are broken, blowing out dirt & debris, the air conditioning turns on once the heat goes off.
