- On trash collection day there is always debris left in the streets from the City of Boston recycling collectors. These collectors have often ignored the large amount of debris that has fallen out of the truck with no regards to picking it up and leaving it to travel down the streets into home owners yards. This is becoming an ongoing problem and it should not be the home owners responsibility to cleanup after these City workers/contractors.
