Description
If the city actually cared about Chinatown as a residential neighborhood they would’ve pushed harder to make the state continue the tunnel to the highways instead of having them ALL empty into Chinatown and then have people speed down surface to make it back onto the highways. It’s absurd that Chinatown has to deal with everyone’s awful driving getting on and off the highways. We don’t want a state road in the middle of Chinatown!
