- I parked in Zone 16 in Boston in front of the Reformation store at 353 Newbury St. and paid using the app, but it's registered under both my car's license plate and my wife's. I entered the wrong license plate number and received a ticket. The payment receipts are attached. Is it possible to have this fine waived?
