Description: Im sitting on the mass pike at 10:30’on a Friday night. It’s completely bumper to bumper, parking lot level traffic. 45 minute delay. Completely stopped. Who the hell plans these things? It’s a city of hyper educated engineers and planners and it seems they all have their heads up their asses when it comes to actually making decisions. This is absolutely and completely ludicrous. It’s 10:30 on a Friday night and literally a 45 minute delay. Who the hell is planning this?
