- Door dash driver (likely) parked illegally and blocked half of the intersection of Hyde Park Ave and Weld Hill St, got into a spat with someone in the middle of the road and then walked away without moving the car, despite there being and open parking spot basically right behind him. Tow zone sign clearly visible. Plus it's literally an intersection.
