Description: I am writing to express serious concerns about the recent redesign of Favre Street where it meets Cummins Highway. The narrowing of the roadway and addition of a new curve have created significant challenges for both residents and city services. • Snow plows were unable to make it down the street during the recent storm and had to back down the street. • Cars parked at the end of the street now block critical turning space, making navigation difficult for regular vehicles and nearly impossible for larger service vehicles. • The redesign has introduced hazards that were not present before.
