- Thelma Road in Dorchester needs Speed Humps. My parked car has been hit THREE TIMES this year because people drive too fast. I am afraid for my children’s safety. King and Train Streets have speed humps, Thelma needs them as well. I have had no response to this request, despite filing several times.
