Const. states there has been an ongoing issue with her next door neighbor, states her living room is right next to her bedroom and the neighbor has the TV on full volume all the time. Const. states she is unable to sleep at night due to the noise. This has been going on for 3-4 months and she has complained to management multiple times but nothing has been done, management just said "What do you want us to do?" Const. states the neighbor is very rude to her. Const. is concerned as she is a senior and a heart patient and does not want to have another heart attack from the stress or lack of sleep.
