- ISD building code violations and lack of permits. Construction of new roof, and paneling, and electrical (lighting and wires run), and new gutter system funneling water towards neighbors property (not linked to existing drainage piping taking water off property), and plans to build additional structural elements and enclosures to unit #1 rear egress deck at 9 cook street. New drainage is draining aprox. 15 X 20 ft deck into 4 inch pipe to two feet away from neighbors building (instead of this water falling onto un-roofed deck as it did before). Construction mostly complete but still in progress without permits.
