- Road construction. Feeney Brothers continue to work on road, taking up parking spots and blocking driveways. Arrive at 6:30am to sit in their trucks for an hour not working. Then leave by 2pm. Maybe road work would be done if they worked a full day. This road work has been going on for months. They are loud; you can’t sleep in, causes anxiety to our dog. But they show up at 6:30 to sit in their trucks for hours drinking coffee.
