Description: Noise Complaint (Nighttime / Mechanical Equipment).There is a round mechanical device installed on the right side of the building entrance door. This equipment produces very loud and continuous mechanical noise while operating. The noise is especially noticeable at night (after 11:00 PM) and early in the morning, and it can be clearly heard even with doors and windows closed. The ongoing noise has significantly disrupted sleep and daily life. This appears to be mechanical/equipment noise, possibly from ventilation or exhaust equipment, and may be out of compliance with Boston’s nighttime noise regulations.
