- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states by the dunkin donuts in this plaza there is a horrible smell not sure exactly where it is coming from but there is a dumspter right behind the store. Says there is a strong smell of sewage or seafood. Says the smell is very strong. Asking if this can please be inspected and given a call with the findings.]
