Description: I’m writing to request service for the HVAC system at the Rafael Hernandez School in Roxbury, where my child attends 2nd grade. We love the school for many reasons, but have noticed that the heating system at the Rafael Hernandez is off balance. Half the school is too hot and half too cold. Many teachers are saying the rooms are so hot that they have to open windows and use fans to keep the room cool enough for students to be comfortable.
