Description: Non-commercial vehicles are parking in the designated commercial loading zone on Atlantic Ave. This loading zone is supposed to be available to commercial vehicles and deliveries from 8am-1pm but the space is consistently taken up by non-commercial vehicles. With the loading zone unavailable, delivery vehicles are left to park on the street creating potentially dangerous conditions for other drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians
