- There are needles at either end of Northampton Street between Shawmut Ave and Tremont street. I was walking the even side and saw one needle in the middle of the side walk by Tremont street and at least 2 needles in a tree bed near Shawmut Ave. Our street seems to have become a very popular place for people to come do drugs. Could we please increase police and outreach over here?
