- There is an unusually loud noise coming from an item inside a trash bag located below my residential unit. The noise is continuous and very loud, and it appears to be caused by a mechanical or electronic device inside the trash, not the dumpster itself. This has been going on for an extended period of time and is severely disturbing residents. I am requesting inspection and removal of the noisy item as soon as possible.
