- Construction sight between east 1st and east 2nd, I st and H st in South Boston. This picture was taken on East 1st. I got home from work and was looking for parking. The construction site placed two barriers and a no parking sign filled with bricks and concrete on the street. It took up about two full parking spots. The permit is from December 11th. They consistently do things like this to save spots. They also leave debri in the road.
