- 1874 Commonwealth Ave Second floor units on left side facing building according to one unit’s agent are supposed to be vacant because the owners have not informed building mgt of any tenants. Mgt is seeking cooperate with the remediation of black mold on the premises caused by leaks in the areas of those units. However, both units are occupied at various points during the entire length of day. And are some points completely unoccupied for upwards of one week or more.
