Resolved. I conducted a full initial sanitary inspection on Monday, December 22nd 2025 -PIC explained to me that they did catch a rodent between cooking equipment inside a metal trap - they were not able to get rid of of the rodent for almost a day as their professionally licensed pest control company was inundated with other issues around the city- They currently have weekly inspections, generally on Fridays - re-inspection is scheduled for Monday, December 29th 2025.
