- Rats continue to be a problem. Management doesn't have an exterminator and or is not having an pest control company come out to treat the property. The rats are in of everyone's yards, porches, and in the cars. Tenant’s are putting out poison, ammonia, moth balls anything that can be found to try and help. Cars are being damaged and because they are going up under the hoods of the vehicle and defecating it is becoming hard to breath will in the car. I have a compromised immune system, asthma, and children that should not have to live like this. Management is ignoring the issue. Please help
