- The laundry area of my building at 66 Chiswick Rd, Brighton is infested by mice and rats and despite multiple reports through RentCafe nothing has been done and they keep popping up again. At times they die and the smell stays in the area for days. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to take pictures of them as I run when I see one. Our building is managed by Fineberg and although they are very attentive with pest control in the units, the basement has not been addressed and make being there very difficult and unsanitary. I’d appreciate if this could be addressed or you could guide me through the process. Thank you in advance.
