- Our neighbors in Dorchester have neglected their trash for weeks and it is now overflowing again and again. They do not care to use dumpster and recycling bins. The bins are so full the rats are ripping them apart and having a field day. This problem has been going on for months to the point the rat problem has become insane and unmanageable. They have nested in the back area of the building and parking lot due to the incredible amount of garbage that was there previously. Need to get their garbage under control.
