Garage was not graded properly and contractor changed the sidewalk significantly to account for his error. Const stated that the sidewalk is now uneven for pedestrians and reflects a slope. Const stated that persons in a wheelchair and with strollers will have a hard time passing by. Const would like someone to look into this]
