Description: I live in readville. It's almost 2am and I can't sleep because of a noise I can feel in my house that is a rhythmic humming and a really low level. I keep reading that it's within normal levels, but between this and the diesel fumes, there has to be a better way to support trains in the city. It's this way every winter and I love my home, I love my neighborhood, but i am thinking of moving because it makes it impossible to sleep when it gets cold here. Chicago has taken this issue on by using electric warmers to keep the trains able to start.
