Description: This property has many dead battery smoke detectors that have been going off for over a year. Just counted 11 chirps in 60 seconds coming from every floor that are rentals. To add more, they converted their back porches to enclosed living spaces and guessing no structurally sound. The second floor "deck" is comprised of 6 windows and there are all different shapes and styles. The siding that was applied literally hands at 30 degree angle which tells me no building permits were issued (I searched and in 2018 they have a permit to replace the decking and indicated no structural changes which is not accurate). All of these many items tells me the house is likely not up to date and poor electrical work was one. This combined with the dead battery smoke alarms makes me feel fearful that when this building has a fire if will likely jump to the other homes literally feet away.
