- Person is intimidating others so they don’t park in the two spots infront of of their handicap spot on Brooks st. They are leaving multiple notes stating that no one is supposed to to park in that whole section where two other cars fit. They are known to save those spots for their family members not allowing other people to park there! Misusing resources!!!!
