Description
Matthew Higgins (neighbor) had trespassed onto my property at 75 Chestnut Hill Avenue (Brighton) and threw his tv box and other trash on my yard. The Brighton Police department told me it was the city’s responsibility to contact Matthew Higgins and told me to submit this complaint with 311. Per the police’s instruction, can you please contact Matthew Higgins and tell him not to litter or dump trash on my property. Thank you.
