Description
excessive noise caused by a truck removing snow in the rear parking lot at 1125 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. The noise started at approximately 3:30 a.m. and is still ongoing as of 7:20 a.m., causing significant disturbance to nearby residents. This level of noise during overnight and early morning hours is unreasonable. The truck’s license plate appears to be: W43 916.
