Description
ISD— Inadequate management of construction site by developer—the contractor has not cleared snow from the sidewalk and regularly leaves demolition debris and construction trash in the yard, which the wind then spreads onto neighbors’ yards. Dumpsters are dragged across the yard, leaving piles of mud on the sidewalk for months on end. A construction fence may be needed?
