- Tons of garbage, construction, waste, and other junk dumped on the street with no permit. Illegal parking barriers with no street occupancy permit. Also dumped tons of dirt and landscaping debris all over the street. This construction project has been going on for two years. I hope that they are being fined the $1000 a day maximum amount for their reckless disregard for the neighborhood. Maybe they could be incentivized by getting one fine for the Dumpster one fine for the construction material and one fine for all of the dirt that they dumped on the street? This is a multimillion dollar operation lining their pockets by blocking sidewalk and street access to dog walkers and old ladies.
