- The residents at 130 P Street’s trash is not in compliance with the law. Their flimsy kitchen bags are not secured in barrels. It is very windy outside and one kitchen bags was blown away down the sidewalk. The property has an ongoing issue with rats. 3 rats darted out of their alley st the same time and ran under a car. Last week a resident drunkenly threw up up on their front steps and left it there. We all had to look at it every day, including Christmas Day. Please issue a violation for the unsecured trash. The rat problem in their backyard will persist if the city takes no proactive action.
