Description: The loose manhole cover in front of Bumstead Ct and Boylston St has yet to be fixed by Boston Sewer. A crew has been out three times and it still isn't fixed. It's been months. The recent crew made it worse after slamming a sledge hammer at it. It is a safety issue and is causing a severe noise nuisance as traffic hits it every few seconds. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I should not be subject to this. I will be filing a complaint each day moving forward.
