Requests for Street Cleaning

Description: Just inside the Williams St entrance of Franklin Park, there used to be a trash can by the 2 benches next to the stream and the 99 steps. I noticed today that it is gone. While people using drugs in the park are always throwing trash around near those benches, that trash can was helpful for me to clean up the messes. If it could be returned that would help with the ongoing trash problem. Thank you!
