- Why is no Boston owned sidewalk or walkway cleared??? Some of us have to work. I just fell. Shame on you. Everyone else is out cleaning.

The City of Boston requires property owners to shovel sidewalks within 3 hours after the end of snowfall or within 3 hours after sunrise if snow fell overnight. If this sidewalk is still unshoveled after 10am please reach back out to 311. Thank you.
