- Ongoing safety issue caused by snow removal at the neighboring property. Contractors are using a leaf blower instead of shoveling and are blowing snow onto the top of my driveway. This snow repeatedly melts and refreezes, creating hazardous ice conditions and unsafe access. This has occurred multiple times. The landlord lives out of state. The unsafe snow removal method continues.
