- Loud neighbors ongoing problem where the landlord has failed to help us thus far, constant screaming, banging and running up and down the stairs. Causing anxiety and health issues its been going on again for at least 3 days. I have repeatedly phoned the police and they just start again as soon as they leave, landlord has been send police reports and drs letters and audio clips. Its now a holiday and she can’t be reached again!

. For future reference, something like this should always be reported to BPD directly to provide them with all the information necessary. This app is for non-emergency, non-crime related city service requests.
