- The sidewalks along Richardson Park on both East Cottage and Pond Street are NEVER cleared of snow. DCR only does the area along Columbia Road, leaving the residents of the adjacent neighborhood to fend for themselves on a heavily trafficked walkway. How do you expect neighbors to clear their sidewalk (to avoid a ticket) when this is the example set by the state? This has been a problem for years. We need the city of Boston to take some action to hold DCR accountable.
