Description
Tenant Issue Hello, I am writing to report that there has been no hot water in my apartment at Flats on D since at least January 2, 2025, around 2:00 AM. Hot water was available as recently as the morning of December 30, 2025. This issue is affecting my health, hygiene, and the overall habitability of the apartment, among other things. I have not received any notification indicating that this is a building-wide issue, so I am assuming it is limited to my unit. I initially waited to report the problem in case it was temporary or related to the time of day, but the issue persists. I have also documented the water temperature at various locations and will continue to do this at different time points. I filed a maintenance request through the apartment's resident portal and indicated permission to enter between now and 1/4/25 only when I am in the unit. Thank you. Sincerely, Kindred Harris
