- Rats are running rampant on Isabella Street in Boston. There are so many of them and they are no longer afraid of people. They are primarily coming from the church that is under construction that is being converted into luxury apartments. Also more pronounced on trash days. They go through the trash and take it out of bags. Please consider providing trash receptacles on the street to secure trash.
