- Every Sunday evening, non-resident cars park along Commercial Street in the North End for the DCR Steriti Memorial Rink Free Skate from 3:00pm-6:50pm despite the multiple lots available to pay for visitors to park at. Visitors park in the residents only 6:00pm-8:00am spots as well as in front of the funeral home, which prohibits parking at all times. This issue has gotten completely out of control, leaving residents stranded with no parking spots. Visitors have begun yelling at residents who politely ask them to move their cars and then leave them there for hours. I reported the issue to Boston 311, but no actions were taken on their end despite their promise to call parking enforcement.
