- Why is the entire section adjacent to the library on Exeter Street—designated for accessible parking—consistently blocked off? This severely limits the availability of usable accessible parking spaces. Given that accessible parking is already limited, the current setup makes it unnecessarily difficult for individuals who rely on these spaces. I do not understand why standard parking spots are not made available or why this area is routinely inaccessible.
