- Everything in the picture constitutes construction debris and violations of City Ordinance Article 23, Section 1 and Section 9, and Massachusetts General Law Ch.270, Section 16. That means multiple violations must be issued for missing past continous days like today as a separate incident(s) like the one issued Sunday. Correct it… The appropriate state agencies have been contacted about this dumping and will follow up with Code Enforcement division. This has been ongoing for well over 365+ days. It’s a public nuisance to the neighbors and consistent pile of debris.
