- The building at 61 Park Drive in Fenway has been covered with tarp since December 5, 2025, blocking natural light for all the front facing units in the building, violating MA sanitation code 105 CMR 410. The company and landlord have no plans to take this down until at least April and I feel like this violates the basic standards for housing fitness.
