- Rats! There are rats everywhere on Tileston Street. Every night I see rats running from the areas behind the restaurants on Hanover to the parking lot next to 11 Tileston Street. Then they run up and down the street and into the walkway at 4/5 Tileston Place. We need to the city to place bait stations and require trash be secured. Help!
