- Multiple vehicles are parked in a posted Tow Zone / No Stopping Any Time area at 17 Court St. Signage clearly states “Reserved for U.S. Veterans Shelter Only.” Non-authorized vehicles (identified as employee vehicles on site) are parked behind an official shelter truck. These vehicles are blocking the sidewalk and occupying space reserved for veterans shelter use. There is no posted signage allowing employee parking in this location. Please enforce posted parking restrictions and tow zone regulations.
