Description
Case #101006439762 was closed without checking. There is sheets of ice on the steps and landing from the snow then rain. This happens every year and no one showed up to the last bit of snow but they did show when we had more snow previously. It has to be maintained regularly. My tenant fell twice already and this cannot continue.
