- Traffic light timing has recently changed in the area of Blue Hill Ave and Seaver street and it is highly inefficient. The light at Seaver and Harold takes forever to change green and then only lets 3 cars through. The lights at that portion of Blue Hill ave are also messed up and creating all kinds of unnecessary traffic. Whatever was changed was not for the better.
