Residents of The Beverly are being dropped picked up in the middle of the street while traffic is moving. That is a SAFETY issue where a TRAGIC accident could occur. Beverly Street went from 2 lanes to 1 lane because of vehicles parked in a NO STOPPING ANY TIME lane including a City of Boston truck
