- El Pache restaurant repeatedly told us on video that they would take the trash inside every night. It is 1118 on Friday in the trash is full and outside on the handicap ramp. See the pictures below. This is the second instance where they have violated the agreement first with the delivery and now with the trash out. We do not want any issues with rodents. I would really appreciate a follow up.
